Chiropractic is a safe and effective technique which treats the muscular skeletal system as a whole including the joints of the spine and body, muscles, ligaments, tendons and the neuro vascular system.

Osteopathy is a whole body treatment focusing on the muscular skeletal system and vascular systems..

Remedial massage

Massage involves the direct manipulation of persistently or pathologically shortened soft tissues which are unable to work properly.

The Functional Movement Screen (FMS) is the product of an exercise philosophy known as Functional Movement Systems. The FMS generates the Functional Movement Screen Score, which is used to target problems and track progress. This scoring system is directly linked to our Chiro and Osteo treatments to enhance the effectiveness of the manual therapy techniques, preventative exercise and rehab strategies.

Acupuncture improves the body’s functions and promotes the natural self-healing process by stimulating specific anatomic sites–commonly referred to as acupuncture points.

Nutritional Therapy

Nutritional Therapy gets to the root cause of health issues to naturally restore balance and vitality. Based on each person’s warning signs and symptoms, an in-depth health history and a functional evaluation that identifies organ system stress, a Nutritional Therapist creates personalised nutrition and lifestyle programs to correct any deficiencies and support improved health. Nutritional Therapists also use a biofeedback tool to determine which food and supplements will best support each client. As an adjunct, Nutritional Therapy offers microbiome mapping (stool testing) and food sensitivity testing.

Trigger point dry needling is a treatment technique, which uses small filament type needles to release tight muscles with the goal of permanently reducing muscle pain and dysfunction. Research supports that dry needling improves pain control, reduces muscle tension, normalizes biochemical and electrical dysfunction of motor end plates, and facilitates an accelerated return to active rehabilitation.

Clinical Nutrition

Clinical nutrition offers support and information on how to use nutrients through diet and supplementation to keep the body and mind healthy and happy. Each person’s nutritional needs are unique, and what foods work for one may not work for another. Clinical nutrition aims to tailor programs for this with an outcome to restore a healthy energy balance.

Naturopathy is a complete wholistic approach to healing based on tradition, scientific research and evidence. The underlying principles of naturopathy emphasise a healthy and happy way of living. This is achieved through lifestyle modifications through herbs, nutrition, homeopathy, counseling, and massage.
All aspects of mind, body, and spirit are addressed in order to achieve health goals. Naturopathy aims for optimal health and wellness.

We love what we do

Rehab program

Strength, Stability & Flexibility are the cornerstones for our rehabilitation and exercise programs. A physical rehabilitation program will be tailored to the patient through the FMS and specific follow-ups

Cupping therapy is an ancient form of alternative medicine in which a therapist puts special cups on your skin for a few minutes to create suction.
People use it for many purposes, including to help with pain, inflammation, blood flow, relaxation and well-being, and as a type of deep-tissue massage.

Functional Taping

Functional Taping is a fast and effective way to reduce pain and improve function after the manual treatment.
This can restore normal movement patterns and allow rehabilitation to commence in a pain free environment. It can also be used to determine soft tissue dysfunction in the body, with a high degree of accuracy.
FFT is non-invasive, immediate, functional and an objective way to decrease musculoskeletal pain.
