Chiropratic

Chiropractic is a safe and effective technique which treats the muscular-skeletal system as a whole including joints, muscles, ligaments, tendons and the neuro vascular system. Chiropractic uses manipulative techniques (adjustments, manipulation) and non-manipulative techniques (soft tissue work, traction joint, mobilization) in an attempt to reduce the pain. The primary focus is to increase joint movement in a restricted joint which through a series of releases in the body reduces pain. Postural advice and exercise then helps to maintain correct joint function and muscle length and hence reduce reoccurrence of injury.

Chiropractic treats a broad range of injuries affecting the muscular-skeletal system including sciatica, disc injuries, tendon/muscle/ligament injuries, headache, neck and low back pain, muscle tension and scar tissue.
